I studied letters and then communication because I am fascinated by the power of words that cause love and wars, successes and disasters.

And in particular, I study and teach how people within an organization communicate, what are the problems and what are the solutions.

We are well aware that wrong words and confused speeches cause misunderstandings, errors, delays and conflicts that turn into problems and costs for both people and the organization.

For this reason, for over 20 years, I have been working with public and private entities to help people communicate in a clear, concise and result-oriented form, with physical and digital media, from e-mails to social networks.

I also experienced the problem from the other side, directing the communication of the University of Milan for six years. It took me a lot to understand mechanisms that are not always clear from the outside.
