I work mainly on the issues of Evolution Management and Diversity Inclusion. Through training, workshops and coaching I support people in improving the management of their role and relations with colleagues.

I like to investigate the dynamics that develop within organizations and discuss them together with the people who work there. To do this, I use my natural concreteness and attention to the sphere of emotions.

The topics that interest me most are those that concern the aspects of relationships in multicultural and international contexts.
